You acknowledge that YOU are the person who has authority and signing power within the specified company listed above, you further acknowledge that registration into SAGovernments.com is for a minimum period of 24 months, thereafter SAGovernments.com has the right to either renew or cancel your listing without any prior notice to you.
You acknowledge that once this form is filled out, it is then final and not subject to cancellation unless cancellation is done within 7 days from the date of filling in this form, you further acknowledge that should you wish to cancel your listing within the specified time of 7 days from the date hereof, you agree to pay a cancellation fee, this fee is charged for the time and effort taken upon SAGovernments.com for setting up your listing (which includes: listing publication, google SEO keyword research, and so forth). SAGovernments.com will not charge exceed the cancellation fee amount of R100.00, this R100.00 cancellation fee shall be paid within the 7-day period. You acknowledge that should you fail to pay this fee, your listing will not be subject to cancellation and thereafter only be subject to cancellation unless agreed upon by both parties, cancellation is to be done in writing and emailed directly to SAGovernments.com, email address: admin@sagovernments.com.
Should you wish to cancel this listing upon the end of the 24-month period, you acknowledge that cancellation is to be done in writing and forwarded one month prior to the end duration of the listing term. If not cancelled this listing will be renewed for a minimum period of one annual addition and continue to renew until cancelled. Payment for all listings shall be due on receipt of the invoice unless further arrangement has been accepted and approved by and only the management of SAGovernments.com.
All listings published on SAGovernments.com are standard listings and are charged at the standard listing price unless you have chosen an alternative listing package from the drop-down list above. By filling in this online form you acknowledge and agree to pay the standard listing fee of R182.00pm, This amount will be deducted on a monthly basis via a recurring debit order through our payment gateway Payfast, once your listing is published and is live on our website, you will receive a link to make a payment through payfast. We will never bill you for anything more than the specified amount and you will have the choice to either enter in your card details through payfast to make the first payment or alternatively you have the option to make a direct deposit into our account, should you wish to make a direct payment, you will be billed once annually. Listing price may vary depending on the listing type chosen from above. Failure to comply with these payment terms could result in deregistration, removal of listing and possible collection fees.
